Basic delivery information

All orders in India are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

Etiq Technologies is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order).

Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it.

Shipping and Processing Charges

Standard shipping is done via all major ground carriers including speed post. Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time is up to 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping and processing charges for all items are based on the item size, weight, delivery destination, or other factors. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our items.

International Orders

We are not shipping to international destinations currently.

Sales Tax and other taxes

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order and customers are responsible for any entry taxes in many states of India.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Damaged Merchandise

Etiq Technologies is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. We ship on all weekdays (Monday through Saturday), excluding public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
